Lucretia D. Gray, a native Houstonian, grew up on the Northeast side of Houston, Texas. After graduating from MB Smiley High School were she participated in Cheerleading, Drill Team, and Track, she obtained her cosmetology license from San Jacinto North College. Lucretia went on to own and operate her very on beauty shop in New Orleans, Louisiana. She extended her career by obtaining a Loan Officer License.  Lucretia has been affiliated with various athletic leagues administratively for over 10 years and has successfully organized Team Leagues, Team Events, Team Trips, Team Parents, and Team Budgets actively over the course of her athletic career. She is also a co-founder of YFlag Athletic League and founder of L.D. Gray & Associates.  Lucretia is now exercising her talents, first hand with the H’Town Texas Cyclones as Owner and General Manager. On August 27th, 2007 she became one of the proud owners of the H’Town Texas Cyclones and one of the NWFA’s newest teams as we strive to give women in Houston another opportunity to enjoy the sport of Professional Football.  Her goal is to provide an equal opportunity for Women in the World of Sports…
